Body Coaching

Body coaching. Like to train on your own, need a more economical option or too busy to regularly attend Personal Training? If yes, body coaching may be your solution. In Body coaching we have a fitness professional assess and empower you to better training and nutrition patterns in your own time. Depending on your goals and budget, we can set up times to assess you, create your individualized program, we then show you through the program and you go away and do the program as prescribed until your body adapts (becomes too easy). This is when you return for a new program to progress closer to your goal. The great thing about body coaching is we are always available to guide you, some people respond better to structure without variation, we give you the knowledge to overcome previous failures and keep an eye on you to ensure you are putting all aspects of health and fitness together so you can achieve your goals as soon as possible.

Body Coaching is ideal if you have an upcoming deadline to look great for or even if you are quite savvy with your training but looking for better results and can do most of it on your own.

Here you will find the different coaching packages that I offer, lite, medium and premium. Each Package is offered in either weekly or monthly, so you will find a package that suits you! Choose these three levels Lite, Medium and Premium.

Weekly is recommended for a short term target date such as training for an event eg wedding day, reunion or sports competition.

Monthly is suitable for a longer term target date 8 months, you are keen to learn but can do allot of the work yourself when guided, suitable when you are getting bored of your own training and need new ideas or knowledge to train better at your gym. Also suitable if your training is plateauing or developing an area of concern with your body.
