I then teach you the habits in various training forms such as stress reduction, resistance, flexibility and cardio training to advance you to your desired goals. Along the way you will be educated which exercise will promote good posture, strengthen your weaknesses and loosen your tight areas specifically for your body and objectives. I do this through detailed forward planning to set you on a retrospective progress plan, to progress you to more advanced exercise step by step, catering your program to the exercise levels desired for your body given your level of stress and conditioning based on your questionnaire and assessment.
