I have just started training with Romeo, but as soon as I met him I already knew I wanted to train with him. He is fresh, enthusiastic and I love his PT studio.

The initial assessment went beyond what I have seen other trainers do and was very informative about what is stressing my body, my posture and where I need to stretch. The immediate proscribed plan on de-stressing my body and helping me sleep was so interesting I was almost late getting to my PT session with him on that day, as I couldn't wait to read through it all. He also did a body age assessment, the results were scary, but it is a  standard I'm sure I will improve when I re sit this. He is also doing re-measurements monthly, as I wished.

So far all the exercises have been new and different from previous trainers. And I like that he is correcting my technique especially when I am new to the movement.

He has me inspired, committed and re-enthused about my fitness again. I have even been telling my staff I am learning and influencing them. In fact Romeo even supply thy tree health guides for them for free and is coming in to group train them. Having simple information about nutrition explained to me has helped, like how I should not have an all carbohydrate meal.

Since training with Romeo I have lost over 30kg and my level of strength and fitness has dramatically improved. My heart rate is lower, I have quicker recovery time between exercises, I sleep better, overall I feel a lot healthier, I am happier and I have much more self confidence. I still have some way to go before reaching my ultimate goals, but thanks to Romeo I can now see myself reaching them in the not so distant future. Thanks Romeo!

I believe that I could have lost some weight on my own, but not as quickly as with a quality personal trainer such as Romeo, you are able to improve all parts of your body to cope with the increased activity and stay injury free. This is very important as I felt no plateau in my goal to lose weight.

I saw Romeo with my painful left knee.

Romeo gave me a program to rehab my knee, coaching me the exercises and how to progress them over some personal training sessions before I was returning to the Netherlands.

My knee has improved, I am happy with the assistance he gave me. I now better understand the problems with my knee the tight areas and weaker muscles, I need to work on.

I would recommend seeing a good personal trainer experienced in knee rehab such as Romeo, to do everything possible to avoid surgery.
